Balcony & Patio Glass
Exterior glass panels, patio doors, and balcony glass can collect dust, pollen, ordinary water spots, and fingerprints. Safe access and weather conditions are checked before this type of work is confirmed. Specialty hard-water stain restoration or acid treatment is not offered.

New Construction Window Cleaning
New construction and remodel window cleaning takes more time than regular maintenance. Paint, stickers, tape, silicone, drywall dust, stucco, mortar, and construction debris may need careful inspection and detail work.
Construction glass is quoted after we review the glass, debris, access, safety requirements, and requested finish. The written quote identifies what is included before work begins.
We do not blade every construction pane by default. We wet and clean the glass first, then blade or scrape only where visible stuck debris remains and the approved scope allows it.
Construction glass may require a signed debris/scratch waiver before any blade or scraper work. If glass has fabrication debris, pre-existing scratches, cement, mortar, or gritty material, some debris may be declined or quoted differently to avoid damaging the glass.

A quote that fits your windows
Window layouts, access, screens, buildup, and construction debris vary too much for a responsible one-size-fits-all price. The estimate tool lets you explore pane counts and service options. Photos and an on-site review may be needed before a written quote.

Repeat service keeps glass from reaching first-clean condition again. Preferred repeat-service pricing may be available after the first cleaning establishes the condition, window count, and access.
Plans use the same agreed pane count and access conditions. Construction debris, specialty stain restoration, changed access, added panes, unusually heavy buildup, and extra services are quoted separately. Plans depend on route availability and are not long-term contracts unless agreed in writing.
