Updated November 7, 2026. This page explains how we handle information you choose to send when requesting a quote.

Information Collection

Quote requests include your name, phone, email, city or ZIP code, selected services, estimate and any notes you choose to send. Photos can be emailed separately. A street address is not required for the initial request.

How We Use Information

Information is used to respond to requests, prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, communicate about jobs, maintain business records, improve operations, and meet legal or safety obligations. We do not sell customer information.

Forms and Service Providers

Formspree processes submitted quote details and sends email notifications to our Mile High Gmail account. Submissions are also stored in the Formspree dashboard; the current free plan provides 30 days of submission history. Email copies may remain in our business mailbox for the purposes below. The form does not take payments or upload photos. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical information, or unrelated confidential information.

Photos, Plans, and Marketing

Job photos may be used for documentation and quality review. Public marketing use requires appropriate permission or removal of identifying details. Customers and contractors should share only the project files needed for the requested quote or work.

Retention and Security

Reasonable steps are used to limit access to people and service providers who need the information for quoting, scheduling, performing work, customer service, payment, accounting, safety, or legal responsibilities. Customer details, photos, estimates, invoices, communications, and service records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and are deleted or securely disposed of when they are no longer required. Employee and applicant records, if collected, are kept separately and access is limited to authorized people. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices

You may request correction or deletion of information that is not required for active work, accounting, legal, safety, or dispute records by using the contact method published on this website.
